I have been taking vitamin B-12, and having very vivid lucid dreams. The other night my dream was so real that I reached out and screamed, scaring the hell out of my husband in the middle of the night, and hitting him in the middle of his back!  In the dream our house was surrounded by about 50 cats that were trying to get in, and one was hissing at me and trying to get through a hole in the window screen. I was trying to block his way with a pillow, and thats when I screamed and hit my husband! Poor Pete!
